  • Does the transformation priority leverages your biggest strengths (see last activity)?

  • Are you motivated to focus your design work on this area?

  • Does your team have the capacity to take on this practice area for transformation?

Strategic Objectives

As a whole team, (15 minutes)
  • Write an action oriented "strategic objective" statement for each of your selected priorities that states what you want to accomplish. For objective statement ideas, reference the Priority Selection Guide.
    • Example of a strategic objective statement for Rigorous Academics:
      • "We will implement a rigorous academic curriculum that applies real-world skills and experiences to increase college and career readiness."
Document Management
  • Type your strategic objective statements into the transformation plan in section 1E. 
  • Copy/paste your plan notes into the progress tracker in rows 17-19.
